This Monday, 25 August, is a Bank Holiday. No core staff will be in the Department (including the Tech Team, Catering, First Aiders, Reception, Stores, etc).
The only lab work that may go ahead over the long weekend is work suitable for out-of-hours/weekend access. This means it must have an up-to-date risk assessment and, where required, a reaction card.
If you think you may need to do work that falls outside the OOH/weekend rules, you must contact the Tech Team immediately to discuss it – don’t leave it until Friday afternoon.
Plan ahead, stay safe, and enjoy the long weekend.
