The University of Cambridge staff wellbeing team is bringing together Mental Health Awareness Week and Learning at Work Week for a unique joint programme of events designed to support your learning, help you to build connections and thrive.
This year’s themes are ‘Community’ and ‘Connection’, and there are opportunities for you to build relationships, share knowledge, and discover new ways to enhance your wellbeing at work.

What’s on?
A programme of engaging workshops and activities, mostly under an hour, covering everything from creative team communication using LEGO to exploring the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. With a mix of online and in-person sessions, you can join from wherever you are. Some sessions will be available to watch later.
