The new Lent Term Wellbeing Calendar of Events is now available. The calendar includes a programme of activity including mental health and wellbeing training, mindfulness sessions, physical activities and health checks designed to support mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
Whether you want to focus on movement, social connection, peer support, relaxation, or learning, from mental health and wellbeing training, mindfulness sessions and menopause cafes to physical activities and health checks, there’s something for everyone.
