The Employee Self-Service (ESS) gives you direct access to some of your data held in the University HR/Payroll system. Your personal details must be up to date, and you should review them periodically.

 

We would, therefore, kindly ask you to log in to Employee Self-Service (ESS) and update:

  • HESA personal data;
  • Address, phone numbers and email addresses;
  • Emergency contact details.

 

This only takes a few minutes to complete.
