Dr Nathalie Muller from Cambridge Enterprise will give a presentation going through the basics of intellectual property (IP) and Professor David Fairen-Jimenez will speak about his commercialisation experience founding two spin-out companies.
Cambridge Enterprise can help to create real-world impact from academic research. It does that via commercial routes - from patents to spin-out companies. This presentation will explain what that actually means and how that affects researchers at the Department.
