The Centre for Science and Policy (CSaP) has organised a lunchtime seminar on policy engagement from 12:00pm to 1:30pm in Lecture Room 3.
The seminar will focus on how researchers can engage with policymakers and help shape public policy in the United Kingdom and internationally, placing a particular emphasis on the specific pathways to policy impact which exist for academics in the fields of chemical engineering and biotechnology. Of particular note is a talk from CEB academic Professor Dame Lynn Gladden, who will be sharing her experiences with policy engagement across her career in academia.
