The front doors will now operate on card access only, at all times, until further notice.
This is a precautionary measure to help ensure the safety and security of everyone in the building.
If you don’t have card access (eg. visitors), please use the buzzer to the left of the door.
Security reminders for all staff:
- Do not allow anyone to ‘tailgate’ through card-access doors. Everyone must use their own card
- Pre-register visitors with Reception whenever possible, so we have a record of expected guests
- Visitors must always be accompanied while inside the building
- Lock your office when leaving, if possible
- If you notice any security concerns, contact Reception or University Security on 01223 (3)31818.
