Academic Rep Elections
Every course and faculty has elected Academic Representatives who speak up for students views on teaching, learning, and assessments. By standing or voting in these elections, you can help shape how your course is run and make sure the student voice is heard where decisions are made.
SU Referendum
Alongside the elections, students will also be asked to vote in an SU Referendum. A referendum gives all members the chance to have a direct say on key issues that affect the Union and its work. Every student will get the chance to cast their vote and be part of a Yes or No Campaign. The SU Referendum will ask students to vote on the following questions:
Should Cambridge SU disaffiliate from the National Union of Students UK (NUS UK)?
Should Cambridge SU campaign to end university investments and collaborations with institutions involved in occupation and weapons manufacture as detailed in this policy motion?
If you have an interest in either of the above questions, and want to know more about being a Campaign Lead (Yes Campaign or No Campaign), get in touch on elections@cambridgesu.co.uk
