Dive into the pre-frontal cortex with a rambunctious, thought-provoking dance show about adrenaline, dopamine, and oxytocin; combining emotive athleticism and cutting-edge science from award-winning company Infusion Physical Theatre. Explore the Three Systems of emotional regulation: threat, drive and soothe and the hormones that power them with humour and poignance.
An ensemble of contemporary dancers uses non-traditional partnering, actual lab images and original music to examine the molecules that make us move.
Post show Q&A with Infusion's scientific advisors Dr Ljiljana Fruk (CEB) and Dr David Belin (Psychology) of Cambridge University, supported by The Royal Society of Chemistry.
